During the pack-out, everything is fully documented and tracked utilizing iCat contents management software, so you can have peace of mind that your contents are in safe hands. Any contents that are non-restorable are fully documented in iCat as well, and we will maintain a list of those items for your insurance company.

We promise to handle all your belongings with care during the packing and moving stages. Our professional packing team will pack everything from bed linens to fine China and everything in between. All furniture will be wrapped in padding and secured for protection during transport. Once the boxing is complete, a team of movers will load up all your boxes and furniture for transport to our secure state-of-the-art-facility for cleaning and storage.

Remodeling Pack Outs

Guardian Packouts & Restoration can help move furniture and other contents during the remodeling of your home or office. We provide both on-site and off-site storage during this period. Many times, customers opt to store their contents on-site during a remodeling phase (such as in the garage or basement); in these instances, Guardian Packouts & Restoration can assist in the packing, labeling and moving of the items to the desired location within the home or office and then return them when the remodeling is complete.
